  • Consultancy
    Consultancy Services, Technology Roadmaps, Strategic Planning, and Digital Transformation.

Apptelix reserves the right to modify, add, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients engaging Apptelix agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and timely information necessary for project execution.

  • Comply with all applicable laws when using Apptelix services.

  • Review deliverables within agreed timelines and provide feedback for project continuity.

  • Not misuse or attempt to gain unauthorized access to Apptelix systems or intellectual property.

4. Project Engagement and Payment Terms

  • All project proposals, quotations, or invoices must be accepted in writing before commencement.

  • Payment schedules, milestones, and deliverables will be clearly outlined in the project agreement.

  • Delay in payment may result in suspension or termination of services.

  • All payments made are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in the contract.

5. Confidentiality

Apptelix and its clients agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or sensitive information shared during project execution.
Neither party shall disclose confidential information to third parties without prior written consent, except where required by law.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All software, designs, source code, and materials developed by Apptelix remain the company’s intellectual property until full payment is received.

  • Upon full payment, ownership or usage rights (as specified in the contract) are transferred to the client.

  • Apptelix retains the right to display non-confidential work for promotional purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Limitation of Liability

Apptelix shall not be held liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

  • Loss of data, profits, or business interruptions arising from technical issues or third-party integrations.

  • Any delays or failures caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, network failures, or government restrictions.

8. Quality Assurance

Apptelix adheres to strict QA & QC standards, ensuring the delivery of reliable, secure, and high-performing solutions. However, the client is responsible for final review and acceptance testing before deployment.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement by providing written notice:

  • In case of breach of contract terms.

  • For non-payment or unethical business conduct.

  • Upon mutual agreement.

Upon termination, all dues must be settled, and all intellectual property and data belonging to each party must be returned or destroyed as per agreement.

10. Privacy Policy

Apptelix respects your privacy and ensures that any personal or business information collected is used solely for service delivery and communication purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction in resolving any disputes arising under them.
